The Anthracite Valley USBC Youth Scholarship recognizes the efforts of young adults around North Eastern Pennsylvania and their connection to the sport of bowling. Each season, we strive to find the individuals who go above and beyond the everyday youth. We look for a young adult who is dedicated, outgoing, and displays outstanding sportsmanship skills. It is with great honor that we present this scholarship to the individual that we believe deserves it the most to aid in furthering their education and growth, not only as an individual but as a valuable member of our community. 

• ​Must be a USBC Youth Member in Good Standing ​
  
• ​Must bowl in a certified competition within the jurisdiction of Anthracite Valley USBC
  
• Must be attending Grades 9 – 12
  
• ​Must have a minimum of a 2.0-grade point average, copy of report card or transcript for proof
  
• Complete the Scholarship Application and enclose supporting documents at the same time by
  February 1st.
